The Nature Of Connections

On “The Nature Of Connections”, Arve Henriksen collaborated with a variety of improv, folk and jazz musicians who composed pieces for him. The record features a variety of touring Norwegian artists brought together by Henriksen, including violinists Nils Okland and Gjermund Larsen, cellist Svante Henryson and double bassist Mats Eilertsen, known formally as The Nature of Connections. The result is a record of minimalist folk and chamber music.
