Gidia is a Greek duo of George Kondaktor and Giorgos Lemos, part of Athens fruitful electronic music scene for a long time they deliver a double lp of feedback washed industrialized soundscapes on top of pulverizing rhythms within a loose framework dictated by the machines. Not without roots in tradition this record features the percussion of Sepultura’s Iggor Cavalera and haunting vocal appearances from The Vougioukli_Sisters on a handful of songs.
