In autumn 2020, Plays For Trane, Elin Forkelid’s album of John Coltrane compositions, was released. The album was praised in unison by both press and audience for its personal Coltrane interpretations, sometimes explosive, sometimes heartfelt. Always with great respect for the original. Since the album was released in the middle of a burning pandemic, the concerts have been delayed and now the band longs to meet the audience.
