Inland Delta

Norwegian ambient mainstay Biosphere returns once again for another breathtaking release of environmental ambience entitled Inland Delta. Built up from some improvisational sessions on a suite of vintage synths and keys recorded between 2022 and 2023, Biosphere loops and reconfigures these patches (as is his signature style) into aching and expansive movements. With this slightly more musical approach comes track titles and a thematic tie-in that skews away from abstraction in favour of cohesion, especially on tunes like the opening ‘Surface Tension’ and ‘Random Walk’
