In The Sea

Ellen Fullman was notable for creating drones out of a long stringed instrument and recorded one full length LP and a couple of cassettes. This archival release from Superior Viaduct contains the music from the two cassettes plus a previously unreleased piece. The music is gorgeous ethereal long form drones with a glowing radiance unheard in other such minimal ventures. Fullman’s output was sporadic so this is an important release of some of the most unique music of its time
