Electric Guitar Duets

Electric Guitar Duets by Bill Orcutt (Harry Pussy) and Michael Morley (The Dead C / Gate) was originally released as a cassette on Land & Sea in 2016. Here, courtesy of Palilalia, we have a vinyl version. The title doesn’t leave much to the imagination, so what do they sound like? Well, Orcutt plays a clean Telecaster sans effects, whilst Morley plays a modified Squier Telecaster. These duets are improvised, but what we notice is the restraint, making for a disciplined performance from both guitarists
