“Cava xi.xi.86” was a concept album split into two parts and originally released on cassette in 1987 including “Gravi” from 1986 (tracks 1-4) on the A-side and “Le Ghiaie (tracks 5-7) from 1987 on side B
Two more compositions have been added to this reissue: Track 8 (cube version of the first track from “Gravi”) and track 9 (with a little help from l’orchestra dei becchi di Fuji), both of them using ’86/’87 archive sessions, re-worked and digitally mixed at Toniutti’s ground floor studio in 2019.
