Of all the early 80’s music compilations, this Eurock production perhaps best epitomizes the diversity and creativity of those times without falling into the trap of amateur hour doodling, so prevalent then. All 4 artists create a unique series of pieces, none of which sounds like the others. From neo-classic chamber music, to ambient soundscapes, experimental industrial pop art and ethno-sonic rhythmic synthetic juju. What was done back then on this record pre-shadowed much of what you hear now. In retrospect, it sounds light years better today than it did back then
